Hosting and server log files

The websites are delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular IP address, time, requested address, browser and operating system, to deliver the page and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the websites.

We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. For transfers to the USA, Cloudflare relies on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses.

Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise (f)). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Please contact us at the address above.
